Namo Buddha, Nepal
Namo Buddha is named so because people who travelled in this area called on the Buddha for protection from tigers. The place where this monastery is built is famous as being the site of where Buddha in a previous life had so much compassion for a starvng mother Tiger and her cubs that he offered his own flesh to feed her.
